Here's our agriculture project and our garden is doing well at the moment. Keep praying for us.


As a way to reduce on the food expenses Ywam Torch is investing in agriculture and currently we are planting maize, beans, bananas plus fruit trees (Jack fruit, mangoes plus oranges).

Today is World Pneumonia Day. Here in Uganda our teams take vaccination to the villages and remote island communities.

We immunise more than 800 babies each year to prevent nine killer diseases. Two of the vaccines are to prevent different types of pneumonia.

YWAM ToRCH began in Uganda in the early nineties. Our name then was TACOT - The AIDS Care Outreach Team. As time went on, we developed as a team and now focus more on the impact of HIV, as well as other things. We changed our name to better reflect all that we felt we are called to do.
