Today is International Accounting Day! Accounts is part of the work run in the property we are trying to purchase.

Our office uses many forms to keep track of our income and expenditure. We handle millions - of Uganda shillings. (A loaf of bread costs 5,000 shillings.) It takes real concentration to keep our zeroes in order; misplaced commas cause headaches and stop books balancing.

Our office supports the five other YWAM Uganda Bases with their accounts – so that we can be externally audited to fulfill legal requirements.
