The Principles in Children, Youth and Family Ministry (PCYFM) school is an intensive three-month program designed to equip individuals with the skills necessary to eff ectively engage with and serve children, youth, and families. Participants will explore biblical principles related to human growth and development, character formation, healthy family models, intergenerational connections, and practical applications of faith in Jesus Christ across all aspects of life.
This full-time program is structured within a live-learn environment and consists of two distinct phases: the lecture phase and the outreach phase.
Each week, participants will delve into a new topic, including but not limited to:

• Understanding the spiritual capacity of children

• Human development from pre-birth to adolescence

• Working with Children at risk

• God’s vision for family

• Biblical worldview on generations

• Understanding brain development

• Leadership B2B
